Raw Material Pretreatment

The reasonable composition of the raw material particle size and particle can minimize the fluctuation of the chemical composition of the raw material, and at the same time improve the mixing uniformity of the glass batch, which is beneficial to improve the glass melting rate and the rate of glass liquid homogenization. If the particle size and particle composition of raw materials can not meet the physical-chemical properties and process performance requirements of glass products, it is necessary to pre-treat the raw materials before they formally enter the batch production, in order to ensure the normal production, and thus improve production efficiency.

Raw material quality requirements:

Silica sand-the use of glass raw materials accounted for more than 60%, control the quality of siliceous raw materials on the quality control of glass products is particularly important.
